Newy 87.8 FM – A broken-down bus has closed a lane on Stewart Avenue near King Street at Newcastle West this morning.

The breakdown was reported to Live Traffic NSW at 7:43am on Wednesday, 23 September.

Lane 1 is closed as a result of the incident.

Emergency services and a mechanic are attending the scene.

Motorists travelling through the area are advised to reduce their speed and prepare to merge.
