Newy 87.8 FM – A bush fire burning on Milbrodale Road at Broke is being controlled, according to the NSW Rural Fire Service.
The fire, located in the Singleton council area, is at Advice alert level.
In an update issued at 11:50am on Saturday, 30 August 2026, the NSW Rural Fire Service listed the fire's size at zero hectares.
The Rural Fire Service is the responsible agency for the incident, which appears on the NSW Rural Fire Service major incidents feed.
The fire's status remains listed as being controlled, with the Advice alert level in place for the Milbrodale Road area of Broke.
