Truck and car crash on Maitland Road at Singleton(Live Traffic NSW)
Newy 87.8 FM – Motorists are being advised to allow extra travel time around Raymond Terrace as the Koori Knockout brings traffic delays to the area, with Live Traffic NSW reporting the special event on the Pacific Highway near Newline Road at 2:09pm on Monday, 21 September 2026.
The Koori Knockout is one of Australia's largest Aboriginal sporting and cultural events, combining elite rugby league with four days of culture, connection and celebration.
This year's knockout is being held at Kings Park Sports Complex, with the event attracting around 10,000 people per day.
Traffic delays may be experienced around the event precinct. Congestion is expected on the Pacific Highway towards the Richardson Road exit, as well as Richardson Road, Adelaide Street, Seaham Road, Newline Road, Port Stephens Street and Kangaroo Street.
There will also be increased pedestrian activity around the event precinct.
Live Traffic NSW is advising motorists to allow extra travel time and plan their journeys.
