Emergency water main works to interrupt supply along Denman Road Muswellbrook

Newy 87.8 FM – Emergency works on a water main will cause a temporary interruption to water supply for customers along Denman Road and within the Muswellbrook Industrial Area, Muswellbrook Shire Council has advised.
To minimise the impact on affected customers, Council says it will delay isolating the water main until later this afternoon.
During the works, affected customers may experience a total loss of water supply or low water pressure.
Council says every effort will be made to keep the interruption period as short as possible.
The works are being undertaken to improve the reliability of the water supply and help minimise future disruptions in the area.
Council has apologised for the inconvenience, particularly following recent interruptions in the area, and thanked affected customers for their patience and understanding while the essential works are completed.
