Four industrial warehouse units proposed in Muswellbrook development application

Newy 87.8 FM – Muswellbrook Shire Council has received a development application for four industrial warehouse units, with the proposal now open for community feedback.

The application, DA 2026-105, is on public exhibition between 9 September 2026 and 23 September 2026.

Anyone wishing to make a submission on the proposed development can do so in writing through the NSW Planning Portal or by emailing council@muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions must be addressed to the General Manager, Muswellbrook Shire Council, and lodged before the close of business on the final day of exhibition.

Council says any submissions made by way of an objection should be supported by the grounds for that objection.

Residents who want to be contacted by Council about the progression of the matter are asked to include their contact information, including a preferred contact email address, in their submission.

All submissions, including personal information, will be made available for public inspection and may be included in full in reports to Council, government agencies or other relevant bodies during the determination of the application.

All reports are published in the Council Business Paper, which is also available to the public.
