Newy 87.8 FM – NSW Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Maitland area.
Michael Rush, aged 60, was last seen in Chisholm in the afternoon on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Port Stephens-Hunter Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Michael's welfare.
Michael is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of slim build, with short grey hair and a beard.
He is known to frequent the Maitland, Chisholm and Thornton areas.
