Newy 87.8 FM – A major relic of St Carlo Acutis is touring the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle, with all invited to take part in the mission.
The Diocese says the tour is an invitation to encounter the message that made Carlo a saint for our times.
St Carlo Acutis is known for his deep love of the Eucharist and his passion for sharing the Gospel through modern technology, and he continues to inspire people around the world.
The saint outlined five core practices for reaching holiness and heaven: participating in the Holy Mass, spending time in Eucharistic Adoration, receiving regular Confession, turning to the Blessed Mother through the Rosary, and practising acts of charity.
According to the Diocese, the mission is an opportunity to encounter the story of St Carlo and how he encouraged people to participate in the life of the Catholic Church.
