Newy 87.8 FM – Traffic lights have blacked out on Charlestown Road near Peatties Road at Kotara following a power failure.
Live Traffic NSW reported the incident at 9:38pm on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.
A utility company is attending the scene to respond to the power failure affecting the signals.
Motorists travelling through the area are advised to reduce their speed and exercise caution.
Drivers approaching the intersection of Charlestown Road and Peatties Road should be aware the traffic lights are not operating due to the outage.
