Newy 87.8 FM – A bush fire burning at Watagan Creek Road, Watagan, is now under control, according to the NSW Rural Fire Service.
The fire, in the Cessnock council area, has burnt approximately 41 hectares.
The NSW Rural Fire Service lists the incident's alert level as "Not Applicable", indicating it does not currently pose a threat requiring community advice or warnings.
The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service is the responsible agency for the fire.
