Newy 87.8 FM – The Newcastle Knights have extended head coach Justin Holbrook's contract by two years, keeping him at the club until at least the end of 2030.
The club announced the extension on Monday morning via its official website.
Holbrook guided the Knights to last week's Grand Final at Accor Stadium in his first season as head coach.
Director of Football Chris James announced the extension, saying the side reached its "first Grand Final in 25 years" under Holbrook.
Holbrook said he was thrilled with the new deal. "I am so excited to be at the club until the end of 2030 and hopefully longer," he said in the club statement.
The announcement follows a strong debut campaign for the coach, capped by the club's Grand Final appearance just a week earlier.
